Cancellation Policy
There will be no refund if appointment cancelled by patient within 12 hrs. from consultation time. If consultation cancellation requested between 12 to 24 hrs. from consultation scheduled time then there will refund of 75% of consultation booking fees paid. 100% refund will be provided if cancellation requested before 24 hours of consultation. If in case doctor cancels consultation then there will be 100% refund. Refund may takes 3-5 working days, or ,may be sooner depending upon mode of refund.
